Work

Recent projects, each a different mix of services.

Some clients come to us for one thing. Others use several services at once. Here’s what that looks like in practice.

Regional health education nonprofit

A rural health education nonprofit, nearly 50 years old, serves communities across two states where health professionals are in short supply. Its website had to explain a dozen programs to three very different audiences: students, community members, and working professionals. It also needed a way to deliver certification training online.

Website. We redesigned and migrated the site, organized every program around who it serves, and put search foundations in place from launch.

Learning platform. We built a branded online academy, connected to the main site for registration and sign-in, where professionals enroll in, pay for, and complete certification training.

Behind the scenes. We automated the routine work, from form submissions reaching the right staff to registration confirmations and payment notifications, and trained the team with a user guide so they can update the site themselves.

The result. The organization now earns revenue from online training it couldn’t offer before, and delivering training in modern formats saves staff time and resources. We continue to support both the website and the academy.

An experienced broker was opening his own firm with about 150 clients and a firm start date. He needed a website, and he also needed the technology to run the business from day one.

Website and communications. We designed and built the website, set up Microsoft 365 and branded email, and added a business phone that rings on his laptop and mobile.

Devices and files. We configured his laptop and software, moved him onto a business password manager, and organized his files for 150 client accounts.

Security. We set up encryption, a security baseline, and a secure way for clients to send sensitive documents.

The result. Everything launched ahead of schedule, and we remain the firm’s technology partner.
